Throughout the last half-century we have experienced continuous change in many ways. We have been refurbishing and extending but never lost the values, which have been laid into the cradle of our business by its founder Kajetan Auer senior out of sight. He incorporated his lifeblood when starting up Gasthof Auer and even today, 60 years later, we follow this principle in everything we do. Coziness and hospitality are of highest importance to us; we are closely linked to the Bavarian inn tradition and we highly value the connection with and relationship to our co-workers and guests.

We are the living example of balancing the contradiction of tradition and innovation. As a family-owned business, we want to pass on our lifetime-long celebrated values to the next generation.
